What are your shipping terms?

USA AND CANADA SHIPPING

Free shipping on all orders within USA for orders over $50. All products are shipped by either USPS, Fedex within USA or Globe Logistics and DHL (international only) from Phoenix, AZ. Depending on where you are located your order will take 1-7 business days to get to you unless you choose and Fedex Next Day Air or DHL option at check out.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 1 - 7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
We do not ship partial orders. If an item(s) is back-ordered and you wish to get the rest of the order right away please contact sales@scentbetter.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To protect our customers it is our policy to verify any orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent, or have missing shipping information. Please be advised that this manual review may delay shipment until verification can be achieved.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars, and charged in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Policy and Terms

By placing an order at scentbetter.com you are responsible for original shipping charges (if applicable), all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Scent Better. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. If a package is not picked up, and is returned to us you will be refunded the cost of your order, less the cost of return shipping.

All products purchased from scentbetter.com will be shipped from our Phoenix, AZ, USA warehouse. All in-stock items will ship within 1 business day from our warehouse (regardless of shipping method chosen). Any orders that are placed after 2:00 pm local time will be processed the following business day.

For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping fees are non-refundable.
